It takes courage to reach out for support, and I am truly honoured that you have chosen to be here. Life presents various challenges, and finding the right support and services is essential. It would be my utmost privilege to offer my assistance through ComeAll Counselling & Consultation.

Philosophy and Approach: I draw from Dr. Corey to assume that therapy is not exclusively for the “sick” and is aimed at “curing” psychological “ailments”, instead I am grounded on the assumption that people have both internal and external resources to construct solutions to problems. As a Social Worker, I use multiple modalities to help identify these internal and external resources. I will meet individuals where they are and work alongside them to achieve their goals.

“I define connection as the energy that exists between people when they feel seen, heard, and valued; when they can give and receive without judgment; and when they derive sustenance and strength from the relationship.”

― Brené Brown

We acknowledge the traditional territories of the people of the Treaty 7 region, which includes the Blackfoot Nation tribes of Siksika, Kainai and Piikani, the Tsuut’ina, the Stoney Nakoda First Nations, the Blackfoot Confederacy and the Region 3 Metis Nation of Alberta, and many others whose histories, languages, and cultures continue to influence our vibrant community.
